We are a husband and wife team, Alejandro and Laura, originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina who spent many years in Barcelona, Spain and have ended up in San Diego, California.
Our pasta is made with the best semolina and durum flours you can buy, cage free eggs sourced locally in San Diego County and natural flavorings and spices, many of which are organic. We take all of these great ingredients and hand roll our pasta dough into delicious pastas.
